Greg Sands
Greg Sands is a seasoned construction leader with over 35 years of experience, guiding custom home builds and luxury renovations with hands-on expertise, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Neil Almy
Neil Almy brings over 15 years of experience in finance, real estate, and operational strategy, supporting the team with analytical rigor and a strong focus on disciplined planning.

Makenzie Almy
Makenzie Almy, a born and raised local, brings over a decade of experience in operations and strategic planning, strengthening the team through thoughtful organization, proactive communication, and operational clarity.

Project Manager
Keeley Ballay
Keeley Ballay holds a mechanical engineering degree from The Ohio State University and brings over a decade of experience in engineering and project management. Known for her organization and client-focused approach, she helps translate each client’s vision into a well-coordinated, thoughtfully executed project.
Superintendent
Nate Burks
Nate Burks attended Auburn University and began his career in commercial healthcare construction, working as a traveling superintendent on projects nationwide, before transitioning to high-end residential construction in the Vail Valley to focus on hands-on craftsmanship, field execution, and attention to detail.
Superintendent
Matt Drabant
Matt brings over 26 years of experience in residential construction and has lived and worked in the Vail Valley for nearly three decades. Graduating from Michegan State, he brings a background that spans excavation, foundations, and site supervision. Matt values the client's vision and most enjoys helping bring that to life.
Labor Foreman
Emilio Sanchez
Emilio is a born and raised local who graduated from Eagle Valley High School, before getting a welding degree at Lincoln Tech. Emilio's favorite part of working with GH Sands is the opportunity to solve problems for homeowners that will have lasting impacts on the enjoyment and use of their spaces.
Project Accountant
Kellie McQuillan
Kellie brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, including more than a decade as a controller in construction accounting, and holds a degree from the University of South Alabama. Known for her organization and attention to detail, she focuses on maintaining efficient, accurate financial processes that support each project.
